I’m a huge fan of detailed coloring books and purchased a few in the past whenever my budget allowed. If I can manage it, I’d love to purchase a copy of this magazine. It would be great to just do something quiet and soothing. Congratulations on being published in it!

I use to like to color anything to do with nature – trees and flowers. It’s been awhile since I took up a coloring book. This might be a great thing to start. Thanks Consie. Need some tips on the best coloring pencils these days.
    Love, MA

I love Prismacolor pencils but they can be pricey. There is nothing wrong with starting with good old Crayola! They are easy to find and easy on the budget!

I use to love coloring flowers. For hours I would color them in trying to shade them just right!

I used to draw my own paper dolls…so any girls in fashion were my fun in grade school. Congrats on the project, and love the cover of the Colorbook!

I’ve been thinking about creating a colouring book for the last two years, but I’m thinking I’ve missed out on this craze. Your illustration is great. Good luck with the book.
    Happy PPF to you.

    • Consie Sindet October 9, 2015 at 8:37 am

I think the craze is still going strong! You should definitely do your own if you can. It could be more of a printable so it can be produced quicker. Have a fab weekend!

How exciting – congratulations! I have definitely noticed the coloring book rage and it seems so fun. As a child I loved coloring flowers, birds and trees; not all that different from today actually. Have a great weekend!

    • Consie Sindet October 9, 2015 at 8:39 am

Thanks, Ginger. I agree. I seem to be drawing and painting many of the same subjects from childhood! Funny how that works!

  • Glenda L October 5, 2015 at 11:50 am

Like lot of little girls, especially if you live in rural Montana, horses were my favorite subjects to draw and color.
