I have a thing about turning down the pages of a book to mark your place. I can’t do it! I will use ANYTHING as a bookmark not to fold down the page. So what happens when my pet peeve meets a nine year old avid fisherman who like to read?

All three fish fit in a standard 8.5×11 laminating sheet. I then cut the fish shapes out again from the sheet.

The “lures” were made with left over beads and fishing line.

You can find more of my ideas for bookmarks here and here. Reading is an obsession for me and I love when others share the same passion!

Oh I hope I can make one of these fish book marks for my brother in law for his birthday. He almost died last year. He was told by his Dr.’s that he beat all the odds against him. He loves fishing.
    Thank you!
