Daily doodling 650 488 Consie Sindet

Since January 1st, I have been creating a mini doodle a day in my planner and posting the pictures twice a week on Instagram. I decided that I wanted to try a yearly project for 2016 and also prompt myself to open my planner and use it!

Some days I even added art on the rest of the page!

I want to make sure there are doodles on each day as it is so much fun to look back at what I have done so far.

Your doodles and scribble art are wonderful. I have only just been inspired to attempt scribble art and it is very relaxing. Did not think about adding color. Spectacular!!

I love to doodle Consie, but that’s quite a commitment. It’s obviously suiting you if you are two months into it. You have some fabulous patterns and doodles.
I didn’t know you were on Instagram… I’ll have to look you up.
Happy PPF to you and good luck for the completion of this quest!

I think that keeping the doodles to the small sections, I might actually be able to do a whole year! I’m not sure I would be able to stick with it on a larger size scale.

I love your doodles in the planner. What a great idea! Sometimes I doodle at work but usually on a sticky-note 😉

Thanks, Laney! I’ve run across a few people who only doodle on sticky-notes! I say doodle where and when you can!

Thanks so much, Zsuzsa. It definitely keeps art in the forefront of my day. Maybe one of these days I’ll actually get to art journal everyday! Goals…

That’s awesome. I too have been trying to utilize a planner in my daily doings. I’ve always “wanted” to be on some type of ‘schedule’ but my life is always changing and like a whirlwind when I do plan it never goes as planned. I tend to be a day behind in writing in my planner. More like a diary-journal than a planner. I wish I could draw like that. I’ve been practicing. People that say they are ‘self taught’ is my inspiration to learn. I always figured if you were born able to draw then you will. But that has changed with all the zentangle and doodling and art journaling. I always enjoy gawking at your art. Very talented. My style. Thanks for sharing

Thanks so much, Marykay! The doodles are all over the place with design recently! But that is what is keeping it interesting, I think!
